Oasis set 4pm on Monday for further live dates

Oasis have confirmed they will reveal details of further live dates at 4pm on Monday 14 September 2026. The date and time were set out during a drone light show over Manchester’s Joie Stadium on the evening of 10 September 2026. The display featured the Oasis logo, followed by the figures 14/09/26 and 4pm.

The confirmation follows weeks of speculation after the band’s Live ’25 reunion tour. That run included two sold-out shows at Dublin’s Croke Park in August 2025, attended by more than 160,000. Irish fans are watching closely for possible 2027 dates, with speculation taking in a return to Slane Castle or other major venues, though no Irish dates or venues have been confirmed.

On social media the band have dropped hints about possible destinations including Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, Celtic Park in Glasgow and Knebworth. No further details on the scale or routing of the upcoming dates are known at this stage. The fresh move comes shortly after the release of the documentary Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger on 9 September 2026.

From the Rain to Live ’25

Oasis were formed in Manchester in 1991. Originally known as the Rain, the group initially consisted of Liam Gallagher, Paul Arthurs, Paul McGuigan and Tony McCarroll, with Liam’s older brother Noel Gallagher joining as a fifth member a few months after their formation. Noel became the de facto leader and took over the songwriting duties for the band’s first four albums. They are characterised as one of the defining and most globally successful groups of the Britpop genre.

The debut album Definitely Maybe arrived in 1994, the same year as the Supersonic single and the Cigarettes & Alcohol and Live Forever EPs. (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? followed in 1995 and has since been revisited in anniversary form. The catalogue has remained a constant presence through remasters and live documents, including the remastered Time Flies... 1994-2009 in 2025.

Live ’25 has already fed that discography. Releases drawn from the reunion shows include Wonderwall (Live from Dublin, 16 August ’25), Cigarettes & Alcohol (Live from Manchester, 11 July ’25), Slide Away (Live from Cardiff, 4 July ’25), Little By Little (Live from London, 2 August ’25), Bring It On Down (Live from Edinburgh, 9 August ’25) and, into 2026, Acquiesce (Live from Wembley Stadium, 28 September ’25). The Dublin live cut in particular underlines how heavily the Irish dates weighed on the tour’s public memory.

What Monday still has to settle

For a band whose return filled stadiums across Britain and Ireland, the next step carries clear weight. The Croke Park crowds of August 2025 showed the appetite remains; the drone display over Joie Stadium has given that appetite a fixed point. Whether the new run matches the scale of Live ’25, whether it takes in the Etihad, Celtic Park or Knebworth as the social-media hints have suggested, and whether it reaches Ireland again at all, will only become clear when the details drop.

Until 4pm on 14 September 2026, nothing further on routing or capacity has been set out. The documentary now in circulation frames the legacy on screen; the dates still unannounced will frame the next chapter on stage. Irish listeners, like those in Manchester and Glasgow, have the hour.
