The Script map a full arena autumn from Dublin outwards

The Script map a full arena autumn from Dublin outwards

Two nights at the 3Arena lead into Belfast and on to a November run of UK arenas, with James Morrison as special guest.

The Script have confirmed further arena dates across the UK and Ireland this autumn on the headline tour that supports their new album The User's Guide To Being Human. Two nights at Dublin's 3Arena fall on 30 and 31 October, with Belfast's The O2 on 2 November. Throughout November the run takes in Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Leeds, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Sheffield. James Morrison is special guest on all those shows.

The album was released in August 2026. The dates put that record on stages that match the scale of the response, particularly at home.

Dublin first, then the full circuit

A double header in Dublin is more than a convenient opener. The Script are an Irish band from the city, and consecutive nights at the 3Arena are the clearest statement a domestic run can make. Belfast follows within days. From there the itinerary is a steady march through the main English and Scottish arenas — Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Leeds, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Sheffield — the rooms where a charting album earns its keep on the road.

James Morrison joins every night. The English singer-songwriter, whose catalogue includes You Give Me Something, arrives as a named special guest rather than a warm-up act buried in the schedule. For audiences who already know both bills, the pairing brings two writers of direct, melodic pop and rock into the same rooms across a single autumn campaign.

The work after 2023

Guitarist Mark Sheehan died in 2023. The Script have continued under the same name. The User's Guide To Being Human is the album they are carrying into these arenas. That is the context in which the tour sits: not a retrospective package, but a working band taking current songs into large venues months after release.

What is already fixed is the shape of the campaign — arenas, a named guest, and a home stand that does not treat Dublin as a single stop on the way somewhere else. How each night balances the new record with the rest of the catalogue is for the stage to settle; the geography of the run is no longer in doubt.

All the listed arena dates remain ahead. The November run is mapped from Belfast through to Sheffield; the Dublin nights close out October. What the announcement settles is the geography and the company: home arenas, a full UK circuit, James Morrison throughout.
